Elyaou shapes the vision for AlefOS and leads its development strategy. He connects the realities of everyday business with the possibilities of technology and the decisions that shape the product. His work starts with understanding what slows companies down — scattered information, a missed enquiry or a difficult handover — and translating those situations into practical solutions.

Involved in both the architecture and the design of the platform, he looks after the bigger picture: how information moves, how teams work and how their customers access services. His ambition is to give each company an intelligent environment under its own brand, suited to its industry and able to evolve alongside it.

Shai leads the technical strategy of AlefOS and the design of its software architecture. He translates the product vision into foundational decisions: how modules fit together, how data moves and how the platform evolves while remaining coherent. His role combines engineering leadership with hands-on involvement in software design and development.

From the backend to APIs and MCP integrations, he focuses on foundations that are reliable, maintainable and suited to the way businesses work. He defines the technical principles behind development and guides their implementation, paying close attention to access controls, code quality and service continuity.

For Shai, architecture is also about the ability to evolve. Understanding the cause of an incident, simplifying a component or preparing a new integration all serve the same goal: helping AlefOS grow while remaining a platform that teams can depend on.

Noa designs how people discover, understand and use AlefOS. She organises information, clarifies the steps in each task and makes complex features approachable. Her work starts with simple questions: what is this person looking for, what do they need to understand and what should they be able to do next?

She looks after the consistency of the interfaces and visual identity, paying close attention to the details that make a product easier to use: precise wording, a clear hierarchy and helpful feedback after an action. Her aim is an enjoyable experience in which people can find their way, whether they use AlefOS occasionally or throughout their working day.

Noam works on how artificial intelligence fits into business operations. He designs the coordination of AI agents, automations and connections needed to turn a request into a useful action. That means passing on the right context, coordinating tools and defining the steps involved.

He focuses on making those processes effective and manageable: which information is needed, which actions are authorised and when a person should step in. His work aims to reduce repetitive tasks and make complex operations easier, while keeping human decisions clearly in the process.

Tamar looks after software quality as AlefOS evolves. She combines software development with automated testing to check expected behaviour, detect issues and prevent regressions. She examines not only how a feature works on its own, but also how it interacts with the rest of the platform.

She pays attention to situations that can undermine the experience: missing information, an interrupted action, an unusual sequence or a fix that affects another workflow. By checking changes and the reliability of fixes, she helps AlefOS progress while preserving continuity for the people who use it.
