Your customer journey · AlefOS
SignOS: your documents ready to sign, even remotely.
From your template to the signed document: prepare the record, invite the right people and find the result in one place. Your customers follow a clear journey under your brand.
SignOS · In practice
One agreement. Two signers. One tracked record.
The document has a version and everyone has a step. The team finds the result instead of hunting for the latest attachment.
01PrepareThe right document before sending.
The team completes the template with the service and Camille’s details, then checks the preview.
02Have it signedEach person follows their journey.
Camille reviews the document through her personal access. The representative follows in the configured order.
03RetrieveThe final document stays in the record.
The final PDF and supporting records are together. The issued version remains separate from the reusable template.

A document to sign, not an email chain
A document goes out by email, comes back scanned, then an attachment is missing. SignOS organises the journey around an identified version: the document to review, expected signers and result to keep. You know which record to return to.
Your templates become customer documents
Prepare service templates, agreements or authorisations. Fill in record-specific information and required fields. Review the document before sending it to signers. The template remains reusable; the issued document keeps its own version.
Every signer knows what to do
The customer reviews the document through their personal link. They follow the configured identification and consent steps, then sign. When several people are involved, define the signers and order instead of circulating multiple files.
Tracking stays in your record
Find pending signatures and completion. Recorded access gives you a signal for following up, without confusing a visit with a signature. You can renew or revoke access when the situation requires it.
The result stays available after signing
Retrieve the final PDF and supporting records associated with the journey. Editing a template does not change an already issued document. Your team has a reference for what was shared and signed.
Different uses, one clear journey
Consulting: have an engagement letter signed. Construction: share a work agreement or handover document. Real estate: organise suitable documents in the customer record. Beauty: collect an authorisation appropriate to the service. Documents and signing method are defined with you.
Your brand, your way of working
We prepare your identity, selected templates, required information and journey steps. We test a record with your team before launch. SignOS can be used independently or after a SalesOS proposal.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the same module as SalesOS?
No. SalesOS presents an offer to help the customer decide. SignOS organises document review and signing. The journeys can follow each other without being the same thing.
Can several people sign?
A record can include multiple signers and an order. We define the roles and steps needed for the documents you use.
Is it suitable for every legal document?
The method is selected for your project’s documents. The signature is not presented as a qualified signature or a notarial act. Documents with specific requirements need an appropriate journey.
