Start with the right entry point
The AlefOS overview explains the shared foundation. The MCP reference describes access through assistants, distinguishing protocol, tools and visual interfaces. The dashboard and web app provide the screens actually delivered in your environment.
Follow the work between modules
Contacts preserve relationship context. Groups share authorized knowledge. Missions keep the reason for an action, the calendar the appointment and its dependencies, and IBOX the exchanges received by the OS and messages to share. ProductOS preserves validated offers.
Check sources and access
Connection documentation explains the data used and prerequisites. Collaboration covers owners and permissions. A capability present in the code does not mean it is enabled in every environment. The pages below retain their own references.
Two audiences, clearly defined access
Your team retrieves customer history, knowledge and next actions. Your customers reach the services you choose to make available in your plugin: catalogue, appointment requests and authorized documents.
Start with the customer journey, then explore the references for each capability. Public services, identified customer access and employee access remain separate.
