Terms of Use
AlefOS Terms of Use
Last updated: August 24, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of AlefOS, a service operated by MyBot Ltd, an Israeli limited liability company incorporated in 2021 under registration number 516373891 and operating from Ashkelon, Israel.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, connecting a source, using an MCP integration, or otherwise using AlefOS, you accept these Terms.
If you use AlefOS on behalf of a company, client, organization, or in the course of a professional activity, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
2. Service Description
AlefOS is a work operating system designed for artisans, independent professionals, small teams, and field operators. AlefOS helps users capture, structure, retrieve, and use useful information from their existing work flows.
AlefOS is not a classic CRM. It does not require a professional to manually fill every task after each call or message. The service is designed to structure the real flow of work.
contacts, relationship memory, signals, missions, reminders, products, and services;
AlefOS groups, configured WhatsApp information, call notes, audio transcripts, activated professional source data, and professional memory;
MCP tools usable from ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or other compatible environments when supported.
3. Web Application and MCP
AlefOS is not primarily a native mobile application. Registration, onboarding, connector configuration, privacy settings, billing, and account management are mainly performed from the AlefOS web application.
Operational use may then take place in MCP-compatible environments, including ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or any other supported environment. These third-party environments are not operated by MyBot Ltd and have their own terms, policies, technical rules, limits, and availability.
4. Account and Security
The user must provide accurate information when creating and using an account. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of credentials, sessions, OAuth authorizations, connected accounts, and devices used.
The user must promptly inform MyBot Ltd of any suspected unauthorized access, compromise, abuse, or fraudulent use. MyBot Ltd may suspend or restrict an account when necessary to protect AlefOS, prevent abuse, comply with the law, investigate an incident, or avoid a security risk.
5. Subscriptions and Pricing
AlefOS may be offered as a free plan, a paid Solo subscription, a Team plan, a capacity add-on, or another commercial offer. The applicable price, included capacity, payment terms, and any applicable taxes are those shown on the Pricing page, at checkout, or in the relevant commercial agreement.
Paid Solo subscriptions are offered on a monthly plan cycle. Team services may be configured by seat count or under a separate commercial agreement. Where Team pricing is not publicly calculated, the applicable price and terms are provided by quote or agreement.
Taxes may be applied according to country, billing address, payment provider and checkout rules. Prices may be displayed or charged in another currency depending on the payment provider, region, applicable taxes, or commercial choices made by MyBot Ltd. MyBot Ltd may modify prices, plans, limits, included features, or commercial terms. Affected users will be informed of material changes when required by law or by the operation of the service.
6. Payment, Renewal, and Refunds
A paid subscription offered on a recurring monthly basis renews monthly unless cancelled through the available process. When cancellation is scheduled, the subscription stops renewing at the end of the current paid period. The applicable renewal or end date is shown in the billing area, at checkout, or by the payment provider. A separate Team agreement may state different payment or renewal terms.
The user is responsible for payment of fees, taxes, and amounts due in connection with use of AlefOS.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. MyBot Ltd may refuse abusive, repeated, fraudulent, or manifestly disproportionate requests.
7. Usage Limits
The included monthly capacity for each published plan is described on the Pricing page and at checkout. Where these labels are used, AI reads and AI actions are the plan's included AI usage capacity. Processing minutes cover authorized CallOS calls and WhatsApp voice messages processed by AlefOS; they are not a bundle of outbound call minutes.
For Team, capacity contributed by seats is a shared monthly pool. Any capacity add-on offered for Team is governed by the scope, price, and terms displayed on the Pricing page, at checkout, or in the relevant commercial agreement.
Plans may also be subject to technical, security, or service-stability measures. If use exceeds the included capacity or reasonable technical limits, MyBot Ltd may ask the user to reduce usage, buy additional capacity, upgrade to a higher plan, or accept certain technical restrictions.
8. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for the data, calls, messages, contacts, notes, audio, activated professional sources, WhatsApp conversations, or other sources that the user chooses to connect, transmit, process, or exclude in AlefOS.
The user is responsible for informing their own clients, prospects, contacts, employees, contractors, or partners when required by law.
When a tenant imports, connects, transmits or processes third-party data through AlefOS, the tenant represents that it has the right to do so, has informed the relevant persons when required, and holds the necessary authorizations for the connected, transmitted or processed data. The tenant remains responsible for its relationship with clients, prospects, collaborators, suppliers and contacts.
call recording or call assistance rules, consent, electronic communications, commercial messages, marketing, and prospecting;
professional secrecy, regulated sectors, consumer protection, and personal data processing;
United States rules that may apply to calls, SMS, marketing communications, telemarketing, robocalls, autodialing, and consent. AlefOS does not, by merely being provided, constitute a robocall, autodialing, or SMS marketing service.
9. Calls, Audio, and WhatsApp
CallOS is the telephony component of AlefOS. It allows a voluntarily transmitted call or audio file to be processed in order to produce a transcript, signals, missions, reminders, or professional memory.
AlefOS does not natively listen to all calls and does not automatically record the user's phone. To process a call, the user may voluntarily add AlefOS to a conference call, transmit audio, or activate a compatible feature.
The user must verify that this use is lawful in their country, sector, relationship with the person called, and relevant context. For WhatsApp or equivalent services, connecting a source does not mean that all conversations are automatically processed. The user may configure the contacts, conversations, or sources to include or exclude from processing, depending on available features. AlefOS is not an automatic WhatsApp bot: it does not reply to customers alone, launch WhatsApp campaigns, or run automated message series. AlefOS can extract, organize, structure and prepare drafts. Any external or engaging WhatsApp message prepared by AI must be validated by the user before sending. When sending is enabled, messages are sent through the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform or an authorized provider, and Meta API costs may be charged according to usage.
10. GroupOS
GroupOS is the AlefOS group component. It allows authorized members to create shared professional memory spaces. An AlefOS group is not a public chat group or a social network. It is used to publish, structure, and retrieve useful information such as a ride shared between taxi drivers, a sales technique, meeting notes, internal training, field instructions, a business protocol, or a professional opportunity.
The user who publishes information in a group is responsible for that content and for the right to share it. Authorized group members may access published information according to their rights and group settings.
If a user publishes personal or confidential data in a group, such as a client phone number, address, file information, price, internal technique, or professional document, that information may become accessible to group members. The user must therefore verify that the sharing is lawful, necessary, and compliant with rules applicable to their activity.
11. ProductOS
ProductOS is the AlefOS business catalog component. It allows products, services, professional offerings, and know-how to be detected, structured, validated, and retrieved.
AlefOS may detect product or service mentions in authorized flows, for example when a user explains a service to a client, proposes a legal service, repairs equipment, installs a charging station, performs plumbing work, or provides another professional service.
These detections may generate mentions, suggestions, or validation missions. The user remains responsible for confirming, correcting, archiving, or deleting proposed products or services before any important use, external publication, or synchronization with a third-party service.
Confirmed products or services may be used within the authorized scope to help retrieve a professional, prepare a record, answer a request, structure a catalog, or feed an authorized product surface or integration when available and validated. AlefOS is not a public marketplace by default.
12. Human Validation
AlefOS may generate draft actions, missions, reminders, messages, product records, summaries, analyses, or recommendations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these outputs are decision-support aids and not final decisions.
The user remains responsible for verifying and validating important actions before relying on them, sending them to a third party, or executing them. Draft → Confirm applies to external or engaging actions, not every internal memory write.
13. AI Outputs
AlefOS may use artificial intelligence systems and, depending on configuration, inference or transcription providers to extract signals, classify information, generate summaries, prepare actions, structure products, recommend follow-ups, or retrieve context.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular situation. AlefOS does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, employment, engineering, or other certified professional advice. The user must verify outputs before using them in an important decision, professional communication, or action with significant effect.
14. Prohibited Uses
It is prohibited to use AlefOS to:
violate applicable law or process data the user has no right to process;
send spam, unlawful messages, automated calls, robocalls, or unsolicited SMS;
import or process illegal, dangerous, defamatory, discriminatory, or abusive content;
process sensitive data without an appropriate legal basis;
publish personal, confidential, or protected data in an AlefOS group without the right or required notice/authorization;
present a product or service in a misleading, unlawful, or non-compliant way;
impersonate a person, access another user's data, bypass security measures, overload, scrape, attack, or disrupt AlefOS;
copy AlefOS structure, tools, prompts, engines, flows, or architecture to build a competing service;
use AlefOS in a regulated sector without verifying that the use is authorized.
15. Client Data
The user remains responsible for business data that the user chooses to process in AlefOS. MyBot Ltd processes this data to provide the service, maintain security, assist the user, comply with the law, and operate AlefOS.
For tenant business data, AlefOS provides infrastructure and acts as processor or service provider, except for platform operations such as account management, security, billing, support and abuse prevention. The tenant determines the purposes of its professional relationships and remains responsible for the data it chooses to connect, transmit, structure or act on through AlefOS.
Personal data processing is described in the AlefOS Privacy Policy.
16. Third-Party Services
AlefOS may be integrated with or used through third-party services, including MCP environments, WhatsApp or equivalent services, authentication providers, payment providers, hosting providers, PBX systems, telecommunications providers, and compute providers.
These third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limits. MyBot Ltd is not responsible for interruptions, refusals, restrictions, policy changes, errors, or unavailability specific to such third-party services.
Third-party services activated by the user remain subject to their own pricing, technical rules, usage limits, account requirements and independent privacy practices. AlefOS may rely on communication providers, messaging platforms, payment providers, hosting providers, telecommunication providers, inference or transcription providers, and other authorized providers according to the configured service, but does not control their independent practices.
17. Intellectual Property
AlefOS, its software, architecture, cognitive engines, methods, interfaces, prompts, workflows, documentation, trademarks, technical bases, databases, trade secrets, patents, know-how, and associated elements are protected by applicable law.
Any copy, reproduction, extraction, modification, reverse engineering, resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized exploitation is prohibited.
18. Feedback and Suggestions
If the user provides feedback, suggestions, or ideas concerning AlefOS, MyBot Ltd may use them to improve the service without compensation, provided that it does not appropriate the user's underlying business data.
19. Availability and Evolution
AlefOS may evolve over time. Features, connectors, tools, limits, models, providers, interfaces, or workflows may be added, modified, restricted, or removed for technical, legal, operational, security, or product reasons.
MyBot Ltd does not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted, or error-free availability.
20. Suspension and Termination
The user may stop using AlefOS or cancel a subscription through the available process. MyBot Ltd may suspend or terminate access if the user violates these Terms, fails to pay, creates a legal or security risk, abuses the service, or if continuation of the service becomes technically, legally, or commercially impossible.
After termination, certain data may be retained where necessary for law, security, billing, tax, accounting, support, or evidence.
Account deletion may include a safety delay, verification, and manual or automated processing depending on the systems concerned. It remains subject to legal obligations, security, abuse prevention, operational retention rules and technical constraints.
21. Warranties
AlefOS is provided, to the fullest extent permitted by law, as is and as available. MyBot Ltd does not guarantee that AlefOS will detect every signal, prevent every omission, identify every business opportunity, produce perfect summaries, or generate error-free results.
AlefOS is a professional assistance system, not a substitute for the user's judgment, professional obligations, or legal responsibilities.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyBot Ltd is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, reputational harm, or claims resulting from misuse of the service, third-party services, inaccurate information provided by the user, or decisions made without appropriate human verification.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law prohibits such limitation.
23. Indemnification
The user agrees to defend and indemnify MyBot Ltd against claims resulting from unlawful use of AlefOS, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, failure to provide notice or obtain consent where required, or processing data without an appropriate legal basis.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Israeli law, unless mandatory rules applicable to a consumer, data subject, regulated activity, or mandatory jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Israel, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules that cannot be waived.
25. Contact
For any question relating to AlefOS, support, billing, privacy, or these Terms, contact support@alefos.ai.
26. Changes to the Terms
MyBot Ltd may modify these Terms to reflect product, legal, technical, operational, or commercial developments. The applicable version is the version published on alefos.ai or otherwise made available by MyBot Ltd.
