AlefOS is published and operated by MyBot Ltd, a limited liability company under Israeli law, incorporated in 2021 under registration number 516373891, operating from Ashkelon, Israel. Contact: support@alefos.ai. The public product website is alefos.ai.

MyBot designs and operates company-branded work OS projects under signed quotations. The business presented by a Customer on its own interface remains that Customer’s activity. Customer branding does not make MyBot the seller of the Customer’s own products or services.

For support, commercial or legal questions, contact support@alefos.ai. The public support form is also available. An active account is not required for a legal or data protection request. Use a subject such as Privacy Request for personal-data matters and provide only the context necessary to locate the request.

The AlefOS infrastructure relies on several technical components, including but not limited to application hosting, regional PostgreSQL databases, secure storage, authentication services, professional connectors, and, where applicable, processing infrastructure controlled by MyBot Ltd or a backup computing provider. The list of relevant providers is detailed in the Privacy Policy and may be updated based on the technical evolution of the service.

The project agreement identifies the web interfaces, domain connections and MCP or third-party assistant access provided for the Customer. These surfaces may be adapted or developed for the project. Compatible assistants remain independently operated; their names do not imply affiliation or approval. Technical access follows the relevant authentication and permissions. The Customer’s domain and third-party accounts retain their agreed ownership.

The Terms distinguish AlefOS Technology, owned by MyBot or its licensors, from the Customer’s brand, data and deliverables expressly assigned by the signed quotation. Third-party intellectual property remains with its holders. Paying for customization does not by itself transfer AlefOS source code or create technological exclusivity.

The information on the website is read with the signed project scope and applicable Terms. Liability reservations do not remove MyBot’s express delivery commitments, obligations for its subprocessors or mandatory legal responsibilities.

Links to independent websites do not mean MyBot controls their content or services. This reservation does not treat suppliers processing data on MyBot’s behalf as unrelated external links or remove MyBot’s obligations under the DPA.

These legal notices are governed by Israeli law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Israel. For users located in the European Union, applicable European consumer protection laws may also apply.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the data we collect, purposes of processing, legal basis, your rights, security measures, and data retention periods. In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, notably the GDPR for EU users and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, you have rights regarding your personal data. MyBot Ltd does not sell personal data and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

This notice is maintained alongside the Terms, Privacy Policy and DPA. Revision and effective dates are distinct, and changes do not retrospectively replace accepted contractual versions. Contact support@alefos.ai for the applicable documents.
