An offer built from your conversation
After a call or meeting, start with the prospect’s situation: their business, known constraints and topics discussed. Present your recommendation and explain why you selected those services. The customer understands what you offer and what it is based on.
A shared catalogue, a personal proposal
A salesperson can adapt the price, description and deliverables within their permissions. A discount applies to this proposal. Company products and reference prices remain available to other salespeople.
What your customer receives
A short explanation of the need, selected services, deliverables and next steps: the customer receives an organised presentation. Their link and access code let them return to the proposal; the PDF lets them keep it.
A budget that needs no calculator
Separate setup, any discount, tax and total. Show monthly charges separately when applicable. Deposits and the payment schedule reflect the terms you entered, so the customer knows what to pay and when.
The right presentation for each sale
Real estate: share selected properties, search criteria and the viewing to arrange. Construction: explain the work, supplies and delivery steps. Consulting: present the engagement, deliverables and schedule. A selection does not automatically become a payable quote.
Review, share, then follow up
Choose French, English, Spanish or Hebrew and EUR, USD or ILS. Check the customer page before publishing. After sharing, find the version and recorded activity to prepare your follow-up. Choosing a currency does not set your prices for you.
An offer connected to what follows
When a document needs signing, the journey can continue with SignOS. When payment is required, it uses the service configured for the company. The customer space can then keep the documents and information you choose to share over time.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a new catalogue for every customer?
No. Start from the company catalogue and tailor the lines in the customer’s proposal. These adjustments do not rewrite the reference products.
Can I present properties without asking for payment?
Yes. The presentation can share a selection and help arrange a viewing. Budget and commercial steps follow the journey selected for your business.
Does opening the page mean the customer accepted?
No. Recorded activity helps follow-up. An opening is not proof of full reading or acceptance; approval, signing and payment have their own steps.
