Shared memory

You ask

What changed this week?

AlefOS answer

New pricing language was approved Monday. The budget-objection script was updated.

Owners

David owns the customer follow-up. Laura updates the guide.

Next action

Update the shared guide and contact affected customers.

A week in one answer

From scattered messages to a decision the team can use.

GroupOS keeps the useful part of authorized group activity: what changed, why it matters, who owns it and what should happen next.

A new objection appears

A salesperson shares that customers are confused by the pricing language.

This page

The team agrees on a change

New pricing language is approved after Monday’s meeting.

The answer becomes reusable

The objection script and guide are updated for the full team.

Owners know what to do

David follows up with customers. Laura updates the guide.

A normal chat keeps the conversation. GroupOS keeps the decision and the work that follows.

Collective exchanges become memory

GroupOS gives a group more than a conversation thread: shared memory the company can search, question and use later.

Shared memory

GroupOS turns meetings, procedures, decisions, support answers and field feedback into reusable company knowledge.

Less repetition

Managers stop answering the same questions again and again because the team can ask the shared memory.

From message to action

A message can become knowledge, a decision can become a reference, and an opportunity can become a mission.

Ask the group

AlefOS answers from the real memory of the Group, not from generic knowledge.

What changed this week?
What did we decide during Monday meeting?
Which objection comes back most often?
Does anything match this customer request?

Not a normal chat group

A normal chat is useful in the moment. GroupOS is designed so useful information can survive after the conversation ends.

Normal chat

Information gets buried, decisions are hard to find and new members do not understand the history.

GroupOS

Messages, decisions, procedures and opportunities become searchable operational memory.

Result

The group does not only talk. It remembers, finds and helps act.

Detailed reference

Read the detailed GroupOS reference below for product behavior, permissions and limits.

The problem

In most companies, useful information is everywhere, but rarely becomes usable memory.

A decision is made during a meeting. A salesperson shares a new objection. A support answer gets buried in a conversation. A manager repeats the same procedure again and again. A partner shares an available opportunity. A team member needs help from another professional. A new employee joins and has to ask the same questions again.

The information exists. But it is scattered, buried, forgotten or impossible to search properly.

GroupOS is built to turn these exchanges into useful memory.

What a Group is in AlefOS

A Group is a shared memory space around a team, topic, process, department, customer segment, professional network or business workflow.

It can contain:

  • Messages.
  • Decisions.
  • Meeting summaries.
  • Procedures.
  • Sales scripts.
  • Objections and answers.
  • Support knowledge.
  • Product or service availability.
  • Customer requests.
  • Business opportunities.
  • Internal announcements.
  • Operational rules.
  • Field updates.
  • Missions.
  • Items to validate.

The goal is not only to communicate. The goal is to make useful information searchable, understandable and reusable.

Group capacity by plan

Free

  • 1 personal Group.
  • Up to 3 members.

Solo

  • Up to 100 personal Groups.
  • Up to 1,000 members per Group.

Team

  • Up to 1,000 Groups per tenant.
  • Up to 10,000 members per Group.

Solo Group capacity is personal. Team Group capacity belongs to the tenant, not to one personal owner.

GroupOS: align a team

One important GroupOS use case is internal team alignment.

Examples:

  • Sales team.
  • Support team.
  • Management team.
  • Onboarding team.
  • Operations team.
  • Field team.
  • Training group.
  • Procedures group.

Inside these Groups, AlefOS can help preserve important decisions, pricing updates, new objections, scripts that work, manager instructions, meeting summaries, procedures, repeated questions, customer feedback and operational changes.

The manager does not need to repeat the same explanation every day. The team can ask the Group memory.

Meeting Groups: decisions should not disappear

A meeting should not die when the meeting ends.

With AlefOS, a meeting summary can be added to the right Group and become part of the company memory.

Later, an authorized user can ask:

  • What did we decide during Monday meeting?
  • Who owns the follow-up?
  • What changed in the pricing?
  • What did we decide about commissions?
  • What actions need to be validated this week?

The value is not only the summary. The real value is that the decision remains usable weeks or months later.

Professional Groups

Groups are not only for internal teams.

They can also support professional networks: real estate agents, brokers, insurance teams, field sales teams, service providers, consultants, local business networks, subcontractors, logistics partners, installation teams and maintenance providers.

The Group becomes a collective memory for that professional environment. Each member can publish useful information. AlefOS can then help retrieve, match or act on that information.

Example: real estate opportunities

In real estate, a professional Group can contain available properties, buyer requests, budget criteria, locations, property types, urgency, constraints, interested contacts and shared opportunities between agents.

Example: an agent publishes a new 3-bedroom apartment available in Manchester, close to the city centre.

Another agent has a client looking for a 3-bedroom apartment in Manchester, city centre area, flexible budget.

AlefOS can suggest that a property shared in the Group may match one of the agent clients and ask whether to prepare an introduction or message.

The Group is no longer just a place to post updates. It becomes a memory that can surface relevant opportunities.

Example: services and field coordination

In field services, businesses often need help from other professionals.

A contractor may need another technician. A service provider may need a subcontractor. A team may need someone available in a specific area. A job may require a skill the current team does not have internally.

A Group can contain availability, skills, service areas, active jobs, urgent requests, recommendations, estimated pricing, procedures and field feedback.

The Group becomes a coordination tool, not just a chat.

Example: sales intelligence

In a sales team, a Group can become the memory of the sales operation.

It can store customer objections, answers that work, scripts, pricing updates, offers, call feedback, reasons for refusal, arguments by market or language, niches that convert and successful approaches.

A manager can ask what objections came back most often this week, what argument worked best, which script performed better and where salespeople lose deals during pricing.

The Group becomes a sales learning base.

Searchable memory

The power of AlefOS Groups is that they can be queried by AI.

A user can ask:

  • What changed this week?
  • What is the latest procedure?
  • What opportunities were shared in this Group?
  • Does anything match this customer request?
  • Is anyone available for this job?
  • Which objection comes back most often?
  • What decision was made in the last meeting?

AlefOS does not answer from generic knowledge. It answers from the real memory of the Group.

From message to action

A Group does not only store information. It can help trigger action.

Examples:

  • Create a mission.
  • Prepare a message.
  • Suggest an introduction.
  • Detect an opportunity.
  • Remind the team of a decision.
  • Alert a manager.
  • Find an available product or service.
  • Prepare a summary.
  • Suggest the next step.

AlefOS prepares. The user stays in control.

Difference from a normal chat group

A normal chat group is useful in the moment. But after a few days, important information is buried.

Normal chat groups have limits: important messages disappear in the thread, old information is hard to find, decisions are not structured, new members do not understand the history, the same questions come back, opportunities are forgotten and useful information mixes with noise.

AlefOS Groups are different.

The goal is not only to communicate. The goal is to build memory.

A message can become knowledge. A decision can become a reference. An opportunity can be found again. A request can be matched. A meeting can become working memory. A professional Group can become an intelligent network.

Permissions and control

Groups remain controlled spaces.

Not everyone sees everything.

Access can depend on the Group, role, company, manager, permissions and business context.

The goal is to share the right memory with the right people.

Key takeaway

GroupOS is not only about conversations.

They transform collective exchanges into operational memory.

Meetings, support, sales, procedures, products, availability, opportunities, professional networks and partners can all become searchable knowledge.

The simple idea: a Group should not only talk. It should remember, find and help act.

Choose your next step

Start from one place where work keeps losing context.

Use Solo for one professional, or talk about Team when customer context, ownership and follow-up must survive across several people.
